Music Rescue Help To aid troubleshooting, Music Rescue keeps detailed logs of each copy operation undertaken. If a copy fails for some reason, the copy log created may hold additional information about the failure. To access the Copy Logs window, choose "Show Copy Logs" from the Advanced menu.
Note: Music Rescue only keeps the five most recent logs for each iPod. If you wish to keep the logs beyond this limit, you must save them to disk.
The Copy Logs window is split into three parts:

iPod List This list shows you the iPods Music Rescue has copy logs saved for. To remove all of the logs for an iPod, select the iPod and click the '–' button at the bottom of the list. |

Log List This list shows the copy logs saved for the selected iPod. To view a log, select it in this list. |

Log View This pane shows the selected log. You can browse through the items in the log be expanding the disclosure triangles by each item. To remove the log, click the '–' button at the bottom of this pane. To save the log (for example, to send to our support staff), click the "Save..." button. |
