Starting Up

Problem Solutions
iPod or iPhone isn't listed in Music Rescue's startup window.
Make sure the iPod is connected to your computer with the correct cable, and the cable is connected correctly. Modern iPods only work with USB cables.
Bluetooth If you have an iPhone or iPod touch, make sure that iTunes 7.4 or higher is installed on your computer. If this is the first time your iPhone or iPod touch has been connected to the computer, open iTunes then wait until the device appears in the source list. Then, quit and relaunch Music Rescue.
Bluetooth Disconnect and reconnect your iPhone or iPod touch.
Bluetooth and Serial If you are using any other kind of iPod, make sure "Enable disc use" is switched on in the iPod's settings in iTunes.
