Music Rescue Help RuleSets allow you to quickly queue and unqueue items on your iPod based on certain criteria, in much the same way that Smart Playlists work.
The RuleSets window has two main areas. They are:

RuleSet List This list shows the RuleSets. To add or remove a RuleSet, click the '+' or '–' buttons at the bottom of the list. To rename a RuleSet, click the RuleSet's name in this list. |

RuleSet Editor This area shows the rules and options that make up the RuleSet. Choose the options that suit you, then edit the rules in the rule list by choosing a key, action and value for each rule. To add or remove a rule, click the '+' and '–' buttons to the right of the rule list. |
To apply a RuleSet, select the media type you'd like the RuleSet to be applied to, then choose the RuleSet from the "Apply RuleSet" sub-menu of the "Queue" menu.
