Music Rescue HelpTo use your iPod in Music Rescue, you must open it. To do so, open Music Rescue or if it is already open, choose "New..." from the File menu. You will be presented with the following window:
Click on your iPod to select it, then click the "Open" button to open a standard Music Rescue window or "QuickRecover" to quickly recover all of the media from the selected iPod.
If your iPod or iPhone doesn't appear in this window, make sure it is connected properly. If you're still having trouble, see the Troubleshooting section.
